Dell goes private: behind the struggling computer company’s $25 billion buyout

Weird to remind Michael Dell’s comment about Apple 16 years ago.

“What would I do? I’d shut it [Apple] down and give the money back to the shareholders,”

Also, Dell’s spokesperson says that comment is not relevent.
